Australian Geological Heritage Gardens |

On 7 July 2010 the NCA launched the Australian Geological Heritage Gardens at the the Lindsay Pryor Arboretum. The gardens will display the richness and diversity of Australian geology with substantial iconic rock specimens from each state and territory.

Traffic Update: Road users are advised to avoid the intersection of Kings Avenue, and Parkes Way on Saturday 11 September 2010. Temporary traffic changes will apply from 6.30am to 8.00pm, to allow for an all-day concrete pour at the Kings Avenue overpass construction site. In the event of bad weather, the concrete pour will be postponed.

The RG Menzies Walk is now complete. A four and a half metre wide promenade has been constructed on the northern shores of Lake Burley Griffin.
