Draft DCP No. 171/10/0002 has been prepared by the National Capital Authority (NCA) at the joint request of the ACT Government (Exhibition Park in Canberra) and the Kamberra Winery.

Draft DCP No: 171/10/0002 has been prepared to establish planning and urban design provisions focusing on building height, landscape character, access and parking for Part Blocks 18 and 19 Section 71 Lyneham, Block 20 Section 71 Lyneham, Block 1 Section 75 Lyneham, Part Block 5 Section 72 Lyneham, Block 4 Section 72 Lyneham and Blocks 429, 444 and 445 Gungahlin District.

The NCA invites interested people and organisations to provide written comments on Draft DCP No. 171/10/0002 by close of business on Monday 29 March 2010 .  All responses received will be considered before a decision on Draft Development Control Plan No. 171/10/0002 is made by the NCA.
