On 30 October 2009 the National Capital Authority approved Development Control Plan 171/09/0005 Blocks 19, 25, 36 and 37 Section 59 Lyneham, Part Blocks 34, 35 and 38 Section 59 Lyneham, Part Blocks 1 & 2 Section 63 Lyneham.

DCP No. 171/09/0004 has been prepared at the request of the ACT Land Development Agency. This Development Control Plan has been prepared to establish planning and urban design provisions focusing on building height, landscape character, signage and parking for Blocks 19, 25, 36 and 37 Section 59 Lyneham, Part Blocks 34, 35 and 38 Section 59 Lyneham, Part Blocks 1 & 2 Section 63 Lyneham.
