The Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) has requested that the National Capital Authority (NCA) prepare a Development Control Plan (DCP) for the CIT Fyshwick campus to facilitate future development.

Draft DCP No. 171/09/0006 has been prepared to establish planning and urban design provisions including building scale, setbacks, landscape character, access and parking for the site.

Public consultation closed on Monday 9 November 2009. All responses received will be considered before a decision on Draft Development Control Plan No. 171/09/0006 is made by the NCA.
